Publicity Officer
 
  Responsibilities:
Assist in coordination, promotion, and implementation of engagement programmes, and publicity work.
Assist in training project and event coordination, such as liaise and co-ordinate with institution, prepare message advises for publication, arrange and conduct career talk etc.
Lead and overview the internship programme for University / Collage student.
Collect and analysis the satisfactory survey and perform statistical analysis of training programme.
Provide daily administrative support to office but not limited in prepare meeting minutes or other clerical support Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
 
       
  Requirements :
University graduate preferably in marketing, communication, media, social communication, administration, service management or other equivalent fields.
Achieved Level 2 / Grade E or above in Chinese and English languages in HKDSE/HKCEE, or equivalent.
At least 2 year working experiences in handling publicity services, event management service publicity event and publication production.
Familiar with MS Office, with English and Chinese word processing.
Fluent in English and Putonghua.

Customer Service Officer (Banking Hotline Centre) - No Sales Required / 5-day work
 
  Responsibilities:
Bank Customer Service Center related work
Provide comprehensive and high-quality hotline services, handling customer inquiries and complaints
 
       
  Requirements :
Higher Diploma or above
Excellent communication skills in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
Computer proficiency, including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and other office software
Knowledge of Chinese typing, including Sucheng, Cangjie or Pinyin
Customer service experience preferred

  Working Hours :

  Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to promote credit card installment plans
Answer or handle and follow up on customer inquiries regarding credit card installment plans
 
       
  Requirements :
Higher Diploma or above
Banking / telemarketing experience preferred
Fluent Cantonese, basic English, and Mandarin
Excellent communication and sales skills
Proficient in computer operation (MS Word, Excel) and Chinese typing (Cangjie / Sucheng)

  Responsibilities:
Assist in processing service applications
Answer calls and answer verbal inquiries
Perform general clerical duties, such as general office support, personnel management, statistical work, mail and mail services, and courier duties
Perform other administrative and temporary duties as assigned by supervisor
 
       
  Requirements :
Completion of Form 5, including Chinese, English, and Mathematics, or equivalent
Proficient in spoken and written Chinese and English
Good computer literacy, including word processing skills in both Chinese and English, and proficiency in computer applications such as MS Word, Excel, and Access
Knowledge of Chinese typing, including Kucheng, Cangjie, or Pinyin
       
  Job Types:
Full-time, Contract
 
 
  Working Location:
Monday to Friday (08:30-17:30 / 09:00-18:00, including 1 hour for lunch)
