As one of the largest contact centre service providers in Hong Kong, Epro Telecom Services Limited (Epro Telecom), a subsidiary of ETS Group Limited (Stock Code: 8031), provides one-stop outsourcing total contact centre solution to clients in various industries for over twenty years. In June 2011, Epro Telecom joined the “P2P Telemarketing CoP Certification” (CoP) program organized by the Hong Kong Call Centre Association (HKCCA), and has passed the corresponding certification audit conducted by The Hong Kong Quality Assurance Agency (HKQAA) in November 2011.
Representatives of the 13 companies enrolled in the CoP program attended the “P2P Telemarketing CoP Certification Presentation Ceremony” held at HKQAA office on 19th January 2012. The ceremony started with a speech given by the HKCCA Chairman, Mr. John Chiu and Executive Director, Mr. Rayland Chan. They both expressed that the objective of the campaign is to fuel the sustainable development of the industry by setting a service standard to enhance the overall service quality and image of the industry. Mr. Chiu then represented HKCCA to present the certificates to representatives from the 13 successfully certified companies.
Ms. Carol Chang, Chief Executive Officer of Epro Telecom, represented the company to receive the certificate and expressed that, “It is our honor to be among the first to obtain the CoP certificate. We sincerely hope that by setting up an industry standard on telemarketing through the CoP program, we can not only demonstrate the professionalism of the industry, but also can show to our staff that the Company is taking the guidelines seriously and hence arouse their awareness to the importance of service quality.” |
