To align with the growth of the Company’s business and our client’s expectation on information security, Epro Telecom applied and prepared for the ISO 27001 Information Security Management System (ISMS) certification last year and has successfully passed the audit carried out by Hong Kong Quality Assurance Agency (HKQAA) in December 2011.
In view of the rising standard on information security required by our clients in the telecommunications, banking and financial services and insurance industries in recent years, Epro Telecom decided to implement the ISO 27001 international system to further enhance our data security measures, to minimize any potential risk in relation to handling confidential information, to increase our competitive edge and to demonstrate our commitment to comply with the international information security management standards. Through the implementation of a series of monitoring measures, control procedures, information security policies, standardized workflow and system enhancements, we successfully passed the certification audit in December 2011.
Our General Manager of IT Department, Mr. Kenneth Yu expressed, “Information security is a crucial component of our service.
