Following the success of the Community Chest Green Day, Epro Telecom again co-organized the “Art Jam Day” with the Mental Health Association of Hong Kong Cornwall School on 12th July 2013. Through the participation of this volunteer service, Epro Telecom staff have an extraordinary opportunity to extend their care to the community, help to the needy and contribution to the society.

This volunteer visit is aimed at letting the seriously handicapped students at Cornwall School have some fun together with the visitors as well as feel the warmth and care from the society. At the same time, Epro’s volunteers can get a deeper understanding about Special Education in Hong Kong and advocate the message of harmony and love in the society.

The response from the staff was highly overwhelming, and Epro Telecom finally selected 20 staff for participating in this volunteer visit.

All volunteers were very enthusiastic during the visit, and worked happily with the students and teachers in the art jam as well as kite painting activities. After the event, one of our staff said: “I appreciate very much our company has provided this opportunity to us. The event is very well organized and we all have a good time with the students. Through the interaction with them, I better understand the importance of Special Education in Hong Kong and also realize that the students need more support and care from the society. I look forward to another chance to help either Cornwall or other charity organizations in the future, and make my contribution for a better community in Hong Kong.”
