Based on Epro Telecom’s social responsibility culture, the Company always actively seeks opportunities to get involved in different community services. Besides of typical fund-raising events, we also encourage our staff to participate in volunteer services, which cannot only offer community caring, but can also allow the volunteers to directly understand the needs and feelings of the under-privileged community.

For the fourth consecutive year, Epro Telecom sponsored another “Thankful Day" event with the Mental Health Association of Hong Kong - Cornwall School on 4th June 2016. The objective of the visit and sponsorship is to extend our caring to the serious-handicapped students as well as providing an opportunity to them for expressing their appreciation to the ones they love and care.

This year, we have the honor to invite Chef Hung, the Senior Dim Sum Chef from East Ocean Gourmet Group to lead and teach how to make Chinese birthday bun.  In the process, all volunteers and students were encouraged to use their creativity to make different shapes of Chinese birthday bun for fun. Besides of bun making, the volunteers and students also had the chance to learn and make Decoupage bag. At the end of the day, the students from Cornwall School gave their handmade Chinese birthday buns and decoupage bags to the one they love as a present. 

After the event, one of our staff expressed that, “I am really grateful to Epro Telecom to provide this opportunity to us for expressing our care to the community, and sharing the happiness of making bun and bag together. It let us have the chance to show our caring to the students as well as the ones that we love. I look forward to more charity events in the future and I am proud to be a part of building a caring community.
