Rice dumpling has always been a festive dessert of Mid-Autumn Festival for its symbolization of “happy union”.  That’s why Epro Kitchen prepared the dual-color taro and rice dumplings for our colleagues as a celebration of the joyful festival.

The yummy dumplings were simply loved by all staff, and a lot of dessert ideas had also been inspired for the next round of treats!
