In order to motivate staff morale and reward staff of their outstanding performance contributed to the company, Epro Telecom held the first “Outstanding Performance Staff Award” started in this year. The award presentation ceremony was organized on August 8, 2005 to give applause to the 6 outstanding performance staff, and over 50 colleagues participated in the cheerful moment.
Mr. Telly Wong, Managing Director of Epro Telecom presented the “Outstanding Performance Staff Award” to the 6 outstanding performance staff out of nearly 700 staff in the company who are Ling Hing Kwok, System Operator; Chan Yin Ming, Accountant; Wong Hung Ching, Senior Tele-marketer; Luk Shing Wah, Tam Yin Yee and Yeung Tim Wing, Tele-marketer, with a memorable certificate and cash as motivation.
Participating in this awarding scheme, staff was nominated by their supervisors. The judging criteria of the Outstanding Performance Staff Award is strictly based on the level of job enthusiasm, quality of work, initiative in performing task, decision making and problem solving, etc.

Epro Telecom‘s “Outstanding Performance Staff Award” is a regular awarding scheme which will be held quarterly. All staff with outstanding performance has chance to be nominated. In future, Epro Telecom will organize various activities continually to provide the pleasant, harmonious, motivated working atmosphere for our staff.
