To facilitate Epro Telecom’s managerial skills, Epro Telecom launched the Corporate Management Training for our middle to top management from all departments, in the first Quarter of 2009.
Epro Telecom has the honor to invite three experienced and reputable University lecturers to conduct trainings in three modules 1) Accounting and Financial Analysis, 2) Strategic Management, 3) Marketing. Each course was held on Saturday for a full day, to create a comfortable and focusing learning environment for the managers. All trainings have completed in March 2009, feedbacks from the management were generally satisfactory to strongly satisfied; managers appreciated the Group to offer this valuable training opportunity to widen their horizons.
Managerial staffs found the Accounting and Financial Analysis course very practical, that they could apply the calculation and analysis in their daily work, to better understand meanings behind accounting figures. Strategic management and Marketing courses have offered ample case studies and samples for Epro Telecom managers’ reference. Group discussions in classes have sparked ideas when managers from different departments exchange ideas and experiences. One manager said after the course, “the training has offered me a chance to reflect my role, the strategic position of Epro Telecom, all these motivated me to do better in the future.” Mr. Telly Wong, Managing Director of Epro Telecomsaid, ‘This training course serves as a mini-Epro Telecom MBA program, targeting to inspire our management with new insights, through injecting latest concepts with case studies and analysis. We believe good servicing starts from the mentality of a good services provider, sustainable learning is needed to keep us abreast of the latest concepts, in order to face the challenges ahead in course of business growth.” |
