The cool and dry weather lately offers the best reason for doing exercise. The Company organized a “Sports Day” on 22 November to encourage and remind colleagues to take the opportunity to work out more and stay fit.
Everyone was reminded to wear sporty outfits on that day. Simple health tips were shared at the beginning of the gathering, followed by doing a series of simple yet effective office vitality exercises recommended by the Department of Health of HKSAR. The apparently “easy” moves ended up quite a challenge to a few colleagues’ cognitive capability and with a lot of sweat on the face!
To keep the momentum going, a number of games that required a lot of physical activities and co-ordination were played after a short break. Everyone had fun and enjoyed the activities with a lot of laughter.
Finally, healthy snacks and fruits were given out at the end of the day as a perfect wrap up of the “Sports Day”. |
