To continue to upkeep the quality of our management, Epro Telecom decided to provide a series of training programs to our management team, in the hope of not only strengthening the overall development of the Company, but also increasing the value and knowledge of each staff. The training course received very good response and majority of the management tem joined the courses.
We invited an experienced and reputable lecturer for the first Management Training in March 2013, covering topics on management skills, classic management theories and roles of manager, etc.. Although the course took only a few hours, the rich contents and use of examples and case studies helped to make everyone understand very easily.
